I understand that riding on the float may be dangerous due to the movement of the float, crowded conditions, people getting on and off the float and because of the second level’s proximity to overhead wires and traffic control devices. I further understand that serious personal injuries, death and/or property damage may occur as a result of these and other dangerous conditions. In consideration of riding on the float and being fully aware of these risks and dangers, I, nevertheless, agree to assume the risks and to waive, release, discharge and hold harmless the Ye Mystic Krewe of Neptune, its members, officers, directors and employees from any and all liability to me, my spouse and heirs, for any and all loss or damage on account of bodily injury, death or property damage whether caused by the negligence of the Ye Mystic Krewe of Neptune, its members, officers, directors and employees. This release shall remain in full force and effect until such time as I revoke it by providing written notification of such revocation to Ye Mystic Krewe of Neptune.
